aperta.cloud uses data centers at the following locations for active servers:
- Data Center Brussels BRU1 (Zaventem): Interxion “Digital Realty”, Wezembeekstraat 2, 1930 Zaventem - ISO 27001 - ISO 14001
- Data Center Brussels BRU4 (Diegem): LCL, Kouterveldstraat 13, 1831 Diegem – ISO 27001 - ISO 14001 - ISO50001 – Tier 3
- Data Center Amsterdam: Interxion, Gyroscoopweg 58-60, Amsterdam – ISO 27001 – ISO 9001 – ISO 22301
At the request of the customer we can also provision cloud servers at other locations and public cloud providers:
- Other available datacenter locations in Germany, Finland, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, UK, US, Singapore
- Google Cloud
- Amazon Webservices
- Microsoft Azure
All backups are encrypted and stored in a data center at these locations:
- Data Center Aalst, LCL (Datacloud), Industrielaan 3A, 9320 Aalst – ISO 27001 - ISO 14001 - ISO50001 – Tier 3
- Data Center Park Falkenstein, Germany – ISO 27001
All data centers are minimally equipped with:
- Separate power circuits (A and B-feed)
- UPS (universal power supply, n+1 setup)
- Power generator (Diesel, n+1 setup)
- STS in each rack
- Air conditioning
- Temperature control
- Intrusion alarm system
- Closed Circuit TV system
- Controlled entrance
- Fire detection
- Fire suppression (gas)
The placement of a cloud server is based on the available capacity and available technology and equipment in the data centers.
Physical access to the data center is not allowed as the data center is highly secured. The servers are located in a private room or in locked racks.
Physical access to the servers and other equipment is limited to data center staff and the hosting partner, subject to badge control and/or biometric control.
